- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I first got my Insurance through them them came off great an friendly. I got a call from them this morning and when i asked them a few questions they refused to give me my information an hung up the phone i then called back and another lady had answered an i didnt understand her an when i asked her to loose her attitude while speaking with a mutual customer she then continued to yell at me an hung up the phone an when i proceed to be put on hold for a super visor i was told i could not speak with him. UNPROFESSIONAL? I'd say sooooo, this place is rude an nasty an i don't advise any one to go to this agency. HORRIBLE Phone skills when talking with customers.October 11, 2017by Madison Bruce
